| 6 | oz angel hair pasta |
| 15 | oz boiled shrimp |
| 1 | t toasted sesame seeds |
| 3 | oz scallions |
| 3 | oz carrots |
| 8 | oz fresh green beans |
| 1/3 | c teriyaki sauce |
| 2 | T shoyu |
| 1/2 | c fresh pineapple |
| 2 | T toasted sesame oil |
| 2 | T toasted sesame oil |
| 3 | oz bean sprouts |
| 1 | oz jalapeno |
| 1/2 | t ground ginger |
| 1/4 | t sea salt |
- Combine shoyu, teriyaki sauce, seeded & minced jalapeno, ginger and 2 T sesame oil into a dressing and set aside.
- Boil or steam peeled and de-viened small shrimp and set aside.
- Grate carrots. Use baby (very thin -- no mature seeds)) fresh or frozen green beans, and chop them into 3-4" pieces. Blanch green beans, then drain.
- In a large iron skillet, saute green beans & bean sprouts with carrots in remaining 2 T sesame oil.
- Prepare angel hair pasta (broken to 4-5" lengths), drain, and toss in skillet (or wok) with carrots, green beans, sprouts, chopped pineapple, shrimp and dressing. Serve hot, dusted with sesame seeds.
