Jen's Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
28 oz. Prego spaghetti sauce
12 oz. dry egg noodles
2 1/2 cups Nonfat Cottage Cheese
1 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. mozarella cheese
Directions
  1. Brown ground beef, boil noodles.

  2. Layer everything starting with meat, noodles, cheese, sauce then cottage cheese. Then, meat, noodles, sauce and cheese should always be on top.

  3. Bake at 350* for about an hour, foil covered.
