Ingredients
2 tbsp flax seed, ground
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup banana, mashed
1 cup zucchini, grated
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp canola oil
2 cups spelt flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix ingredients and bake.
