Ground turkey and rice one dish wonder - EASY!
| 1 | lb turkey, ground |
| 1 | onion, medium |
| 1 | tblsp garlic, minced |
| 1 | green pepper, medium |
| 1 | cup rice |
| 1 1/2 | cup water |
| 14 1/2 | ounces tomatoes, italian diced |
| 1 | tsp oregano |
| 1 | tsp basil |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
Chop onion and green pepper. Brown turkey with onion, green pepper, garlic. Drain if necessary. Add remaining ingredients, stir, cook over low/medium heat about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked and tender.Categories
