Reduced Calorie Pizza

Makes 8 servings

Tasty saucy vegetable pizza.

Ingredients
0.89 package pizza crust (or 1 Boboli thin crust)
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
3 ounces cheddar cheese
125 grams onion, sliced
120 grams green pepper, sliced
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Directions
  1. Use a prepared Boboli thin pizza crust or roll out 85% of the Pillsbury crust.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  3. Steam onions and green peppers until onions are clear. Put on crust.

  4. Spoon 1.5 cups tomato sauce onto vegetables. Even out sauce.

  5. Sprinkle oregano and garlic onto vegetables.

  6. Grate cheese evenly over vegetables.

  7. Cook pizza 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bottom is golden brown.

  8. Serve hot.
