Tasty saucy vegetable pizza.

Ingredients

package pizza crust (or 1 Boboli thin crust) |
| 1 1/2 |
cups tomato sauce |
| 3 |
ounces cheddar cheese |
| 125 |
grams onion, sliced |
| 120 |
grams green pepper, sliced |
| 1/2 |
tbsp garlic powder |
| 1/2 |
tsp oregano |
Directions
- Use a prepared Boboli thin pizza crust or roll out 85% of the Pillsbury crust.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Steam onions and green peppers until onions are clear. Put on crust.
- Spoon 1.5 cups tomato sauce onto vegetables. Even out sauce.
- Sprinkle oregano and garlic onto vegetables.
- Grate cheese evenly over vegetables.
- Cook pizza 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bottom is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
