| 2 | oz lasagna noodles |
| 1 1/2 | tsp. olive oil |
| 1/2 | tsp chopped garlic |
| 1/4 | cup chopped onion |
| 4 | oz ground turkey |
| 1/2 | tsp. salt |
| 3 | oz tomato paste |
| 1 | tbs. parmesan cheese |
| 2 | tbs. Egg Beaters |
| 1/2 | cup light cottage cheese |
| 2 | oz light mozzarella cheese |
| 1 | pinch of pepper |
| 1/8 | tsp. basil |
| 1 | tsp parsley |
| 6 | tbs. of hot water |
- Boil noodles using package directions.
- In oil, sauté onion, and garlic.
- Add turkey and brown
- Add tomato paste, seasonings, and water.
- In a bowl mix together the cottage cheese and egg beaters.
- Layer half the noodles, turkey and sauce, and cheese mixture. Then repeat
- Sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
