| 110 | g zuchinni, raw |
| 160 | g carrots, raw |
| 175 | g spinach, frozen |
| 1 | l chicken broth |
| 2 | l water |
| 1 | tbsp onion flakes |
| 2 | tsp curry powder |
| 2 | tsp nutmeg |
- Clean and cube all ingredients. Bring chicken stock and water to a boil. Add all other ingredients and simmer approx. 30 minutes.
- Once all veggies are cooked, the soup can be eaten as is or pureed for a creamier soup.
