Veggie Soup Recipe

Chunky or pureed veggie soup.

Ingredients
590 g potatoes, raw
110 g zuchinni, raw
160 g carrots, raw
175 g spinach, frozen
1 l chicken broth
2 l water
1 tbsp onion flakes
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
  1. Clean and cube all ingredients. Bring chicken stock and water to a boil. Add all other ingredients and simmer approx. 30 minutes.

  2. Once all veggies are cooked, the soup can be eaten as is or pureed for a creamier soup.
