| 6 | oz. boneless skinless chicken breast |
| 1 | taco seasoning |
| 3 | scallions |
| 1/2 | cup cilantro |
| 16 | oz. cheese |
| 16 | corn tortillas |
| 16 | oz. green chili sauce |
- boil chicken breast
- drain chicken
- add taco seasoning as directed
- add cilantro and scallions
- simmer on low heat
- warm torrillas
- spray 9 1/2 x 12 baking pan with non stick spray
- dip tortillas in green chili sauce
- line the bottom with 1/2 of the tortillas
- drain the chicken and add on top
- pour 1/2 cup of chili sauce on top of chicken
- add 3/4 package of cheese
- repeat tortilla layer on top
- sprinkle the remaining chese on top
- cover with foil
- bake 25 minutes
