use as dip or spread for crackers, pita chips, pita sandwiches

Ingredients
1 1/3 c olives
1 T shallot
2 t capers
1/8 c pimentos
1/4 c olive oil
Directions
  1. mince all ingredients, stir in olive oil to coat

  2. add roaster red pepper or tomatos optional

  3. puree in blender for smoother spread
