High protein, high fiber protein shake. Good after a moderate to high intensity workout.

Ingredients

tbsp flax seed, ground |

cup water |

cup light soy milk |

grams banana, frozen |
| 175 |
grams strawberries |
| 1/4 |
tsp nutmeg |
| 1/4 |
tsp vanilla extract |
| 1/2 |
tsp almond extract |
Directions
- Soak protein powder and flax seed in water overnight.
- Place all ingredients into blender and puree.
- Drink immediately within 1 hour of workout. Super cold is best.
- Refrigerate to keep. Keeps 1 day refrigerated, about 2-3 days frozen.
