Ingredients
| 2 |
tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1 |
clove garlic |
| 1 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tsp ginger |
| 1/2 |
tsp pepper |
| 1 |
lbs Sirloin |
| 3 |
green peppers, large cubed in 1” pieces |
| 2 |
onions, large thinly sliced |
| 8 |
oz water chestnuts |
| 1/4 |
c soy sauce |
| 1/2 |
tsp sugar |
| 1/2 |
cup beef broth (Boullion) |
| 1 |
tsp cornstarch |
| 1/4 |
c water |
| 2 |
scallions - sliced |
Directions
- Saute garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp oil. Add sirloin after salting and peppering. Brown. Remove,
- Stir fry peppers and onions. Add water chestnuts.
- Mix together say sauce, sugar, beef broth. Mix together corstarch and water.
- Return meat to pan. Add sauce. Serve hot.
- Top with scallions
