Chicken Potato Stew Recipe

Hearty tasty and filling. Satisfies my manly hunger which says alot! Not high on calories.

Ingredients
4 red potatoes, unpeeled
1 cup carrots
2 stalks celery
3/4 cups chicken thighs, skinless
1 tbs chicken bouillon
1 tbs chicken fat
4 cups water
1/4 cup white flour
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
  1. cut 4 medium potatoes, 2 stalks celery, 3 carrots and set aside.

  2. Boil 2 chicken thigh in 4 cups water, remove chicken and cut into pieces, discard skin and bone, saving water.

  3. Boil potatoes, carrots for 10 minutes in the saved water, add celery, cut chicken, salt, pepper.

  4. Mix flour and chicken bouillon slowly add milk to it stirring it up. set aside.

  5. Bring all to a boil, add the flour/bouillon mixture, stir thouroughly, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Done.
