Crab and Spinach Cool Veggie Dip

Makes 4 servings

Good dip to serve with sliced carrots, peppers, celery.

Ingredients
1 cup fat free yogurt
2 wedges laughing cow cheese
4 tbsp fat free sour cream
1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
2 tbsp diced red pepper
4 tbsp crab meat
4 tbsp diced spinach
Directions
  1. Combine yogurt, cheeses and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

  2. Gently stire in pepper, crab meat and spinach.

  3. Chill for a few hours before serving.
