Orzo Bean Salad Recipe

Good healthy vegetarian

Ingredients
6 ounces of orzo pasta
15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 ear of corn
1/2 red bell pepper
2/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
  1. Cook orzo.

  2. Add everything else.
