Sausage gravy ((urkey Sausage) - serve with biscuits
| 6 | oz. ground turkey |
| 1 | tablespoon all-purpose flour |
| 1 | cups 1% milk |
| 1 | tablespoon canola oil |
| 1 | Freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
- Cook sausage in cast iron skillet
- remove sausage from skillet, leave fat
- add oil and flour
- cook 1 minute
- add milk
- cook until thick and bubbly
- add sausage back in
- serve over biscuits
