| 1 1/2 | cups eggbeaters, cheese and chives |
| 1/2 | cup onion |
| 2 | cups broccoli |
| 1 | tbsp margarine |
| 1/4 | cup swiss cheese |
saute onions in margarine. Steam broccoli. Add broccoli to onions. Pour in egg beaters. Keep on burner until bottom is set. Sprinkle cheese on top. Place pan in oven under broiler until brown.Categories
