Submitted by alessandraambrosio

Makes 1 serving

A delicious way to get my tomatoes, spinach, and flaxseed every day, along with yogurt and berries!

Ingredients
4 cups spinach
136 grams cherry tomatoes
8 ounces vanilla yogurt
12 grams flax seed
3/4 cup raspberries
Directions
  1. Put yogurt into a blender, then spinach, (2 Tablespoons) flaxseed, and 8 cherry tomatoes, blend. Add berries. You can substitute any berries. (Wild blueberries taste really good!) Blend, then serve immediately.
