A delicious way to get my tomatoes, spinach, and flaxseed every day, along with yogurt and berries!

Ingredients

cups spinach |

grams cherry tomatoes |
| 8 |
ounces vanilla yogurt |
| 12 |
grams flax seed |
| 3/4 |
cup raspberries |
Directions
- Put yogurt into a blender, then spinach, (2 Tablespoons) flaxseed, and 8 cherry tomatoes, blend. Add berries. You can substitute any berries. (Wild blueberries taste really good!) Blend, then serve immediately.
