1-Minute Low-Carb Bread Recipe

A low-carb, protein-laden muffin ready in one minute.

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
1/4 cup soy flour OR flax seed OR almond meal
1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions
Melt the butter in a microwave, add all other ingredients and microwave for one minute. The bread roll will be a bit moist, but it'll dry so don't keep it in the micro for too long.
