Fresh Waldorf Salad Recipe

This is a vegan version of the Waldorf Salad that uses only fresh ingredients. (Use low fat/low cal balsamic vinaigrette for salad dressing).

Ingredients
1 cup Spinach
1 medium apple
1/8 cup Walnuts
1/3 cup grapes
1/8 red onion
1 tbs salad dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and top with dressing.
