This is a vegan version of the Waldorf Salad that uses only fresh ingredients. (Use low fat/low cal balsamic vinaigrette for salad dressing).
| 1 | cup Spinach |
| 1 | medium apple |
| 1/8 | cup Walnuts |
| 1/3 | cup grapes |
| 1/8 | red onion |
| 1 | tbs salad dressing |
