Tomato Salad Recipe

Makes 8 servings


Tomato wedges marinated in a light sauce.

Ingredients
800 grams tomato, in wedges
50 grams green onion, minced
100 grams cucumber, sliced
5 grams basil, fresh crushed
5 grams thyme, fresh crushed
5 grams oregano, fresh crushed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients and marinate at least 1-2 hours in refrigerator.

  2. Serve chilled. Refrigerate to keep.
