Ingredients
4 small potatoes
2 carrots
1 small onion
3 tsp salt
3 cups baby spinach
2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
  1. boil water

  2. add potatoes, cook until semi-soft

  3. add carrots, onions

  4. at the very end add spinach
