Banana bread: healthy treat!
| 2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 | cups maple syrup |
| 1/2 | cups unsweetened apple sauce |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | cup blueberries |
| 1/2 | cup walnuts |
| 2 | bananas |
| 2 | tbs olive oil |
- mix all wet ingrediants (mash banana beforehand)
- mix all dry ingrediants
- add blueberries and walnuts
- cook for about an hour in a bread pan
