Blueberry Walnut Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

Banana bread: healthy treat!

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cups maple syrup
1/2 cups unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup walnuts
2 bananas
2 tbs olive oil
Directions
  1. mix all wet ingrediants (mash banana beforehand)

  2. mix all dry ingrediants

  3. add blueberries and walnuts

  4. cook for about an hour in a bread pan
