Chicken with Tarragon and Lemon On Pasta Recipe

A variation of a recipe printed on the back of a "Campbell's" soup tin.

Ingredients
145 g chicken fillet
80 g white mushrooms
45 g leeks
4 g garlic
50 ml double cream
50 ml white wine
1/2 tspn tarragon
1/2 tspn lemon juice
1/2 tspn black pepper
175 g pasta
Directions
  1. Dice the chicken fillet and fry for about 10 mins.

  2. Add the ground black pepper.

  3. Add the sliced leeks and sliced mushrooms and fry for a further 5 mins.

  4. Add all of the other ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 mins, stirring occasionally.

  5. Cook the pasta as directed.

  6. Serve with a nice crisp dry white wine.
