Top over steamed tilapia.

Ingredients
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red onions, diced
1 small red pepper, diced
1/4 cup nicoise olives, chopped
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Combine salsa ingredients and let sit for at least 10 minutes for flavors to combine.
