High Calorie Pancakes Recipe

A variation on other pancakes.

Ingredients
90 g plain flour
60 g oatmeal
10 g dried skimmed milk
1 egg
1 egg white
200 ml whole milk
Directions
  1. Mix the dry ingrediants in a bowl.

  2. Add the egg(s) and milk and mix well.

  3. Fry as normal pancakes.

  4. Serve with fruit.
