Healthy Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
28 g semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup country crock
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbs Cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 egg whites
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup Splenda granular
2 T coffee, grounds, instant
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
  1. Melt the chocolate into butter in a pan.

  2. Mix flour with baking powder and salt.

  3. Beat eggs well, then gradually beat in sugar and instant coffee. Blend in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Add flour mixture and mix well.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes (for moist, chewy brownies) or about 30 minutes, or until cake tester or wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean (for cake-like brownies).

  5. Cool in pan. Cut into squares or rectangles.
