Just plain old meat loaf, but has a tasty glaze.
For the meat loaf: |

| 1 | lb 90% lean ground beef |
| 1 | egg |
| 2/3 | cup plain bread crumbs |
| 1/4 | cup ketchup |
| 1 | tbsp onion powder |
| 1 | tbsp garlic powder |
| 1/2 | tbsp oregano |
For the glaze: |
|
| 1 | tbsp balsamic vinegar |
| 1/2 | tbsp low sodium soy sauce |
| 1 | tbsp barbecue sauce |
| 1/4 | cup brown sugar |
- Preheat 350 degree oven
- Mix meat loaf ingredients (hands work best)
- spray loaf pan with non-stick spray
- spread meat loaf in pan, smooth top
- mix glaze (break up lumps of brown sugar)
- spread glaze mixture over top of loaf
- bake for 50 minutes or until meat thermometer gives proper temp at center
