| 1/4 | c wine |
- brown meat on high & remove
- deglaze with wine & reduce heat
- add onions slow cook till softening
- add mushrooms slow cook till softened
- return meat to pan & warm
- add sour cream & blend
- serve over margarined noodles or other pasta
