Easy to make and tasty

Ingredients
165 g plain flour
85 g oatmeal
1 egg
3 egg whites
10 g dried skimmed milk
500 ml whole milk
Directions
  1. mix the flour, oatmeal and milk powder in a bowl.

  2. Add the egg(s) and milk and mix together.

  3. Fry as normal pancakes.

  4. Serve with fruit.
