Banana Bread Recipe

Lower Fat banana bread

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup smart balance butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
1/4 cup lowfat milk
1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
  1. Add first 3 ingredients in large bowl, add cinnamon and nutmeg, set aside.

  2. Mash bananas, and add to all wet ingredients in seperate bowl, mix well.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 450 for 45 mins or until ready
