Lower Fat banana bread
| 2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | cup smart balance butter |
| 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 2 | bananas |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/4 | cup fat free yogurt |
| 1/4 | cup lowfat milk |
| 1/3 | cup bittersweet chocolate chips |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp nutmeg |
- Add first 3 ingredients in large bowl, add cinnamon and nutmeg, set aside.
- Mash bananas, and add to all wet ingredients in seperate bowl, mix well.
- Add wet ingredients to dry. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 450 for 45 mins or until ready
