Eric's Crockpot Bbq Ribs Recipe

I was skeptical at first about mixing wine w/ BBQ Sauce, but it was amazing.

Ingredients

Directions
Chop the onion into big chunks, toss in the bottom of the crock pot. Toss in everything else. Sauce will be super watery but that's ok... you don't need it anyhow. The beef will fall off the bones so don't pick it up by it! lol!! Cook on low for at least 8 hours.
