High Protein Breakfast

Ingredients
175 g plain flour
85 g oatmeal
1 egg
3 egg whites
500 ml whole milk
10 g dried skimmed milk
Directions
  1. Mix the flour, oatmeal and dried milk together in a bowl.

  2. Add the eggs and milk and mix well.

  3. Fry as normal pancakes.

  4. Serve with soft, sweet fruit.
