Made with chocolate whey protein powder
| 1 1/2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 1/4 | cup splenda brown sugar |
| 1/2 | cup splenda granular |
| 2 | scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder |
| 1 1/4 | teaspoons baking powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tbs instant espresso |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 2 | bananas |
| 1/4 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 1/3 | c. pecan halves |
| 1 | ounce dark chocolate, chopped |
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- PAM Spray an 8×4 inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another, then combine. Don’t over work it. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
- Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.
