Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe

Made with chocolate whey protein powder

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup splenda granular
2 scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs instant espresso
2 egg whites
2 bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c. pecan halves
1 ounce dark chocolate, chopped
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. PAM Spray an 8×4 inch loaf pan.

  3. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another, then combine. Don’t over work it. Pour batter into prepared pan.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes.

  5. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.
