Rump Stew Recipe

Beef and standard veggies thrown in the pressure cooker

Ingredients
6 oz rump steak
2 cups green beans
1 tomato
1 carrot
325 g sweetpotato, raw
1 tsp garlic
1 small onion
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
1/3 red bell pepper
1 cup chicken stock
2 cup spinach
Directions
  1. place all ingredients in pressure cooker

  2. bring to boil

  3. close the cooker and let cook for 20 minutes
