Muffins with protein powder

Ingredients
3 tbsp soy protein isolate
1/2 cup 100% whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 banana, medium
1 egg white
1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Combine and pour into 2 mini-loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
