| 1/2 | cup 100% whole wheat flour |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/8 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | banana, medium |
| 1 | egg white |
| 1/4 | cup applesauce, unsweetened |
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Combine and pour into 2 mini-loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.Categories
