Well Adjusted Bread Recipe

Makes 20 servings


Makes 2 loaves bread

Ingredients
2 cups warm Water
2 packages dry yeast
2 tablespoons Splenda
1 tablespoon Salt
1/4 cup Canola Oil
6 1/2 cups Flour
Directions
  1. Put water in bowl

  2. Add yeast, Splenda, salt and oil

  3. Add 1/2 of Flour

  4. Beat well

  5. Add rest of flour to make soft dough and knead until smooth. (May only have to use 6 cups of flour.)

  6. Let rise until doubled in bowl

  7. Punch down

  8. Divide into four small loaves or two large ones

  9. Bake after they have doubled in size again.

  10. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes
