Makes 2 loaves bread
| 2 | cups warm Water |
| 2 | packages dry yeast |
| 2 | tablespoons Splenda |
| 1 | tablespoon Salt |
| 1/4 | cup Canola Oil |
| 6 1/2 | cups Flour |
- Put water in bowl
- Add yeast, Splenda, salt and oil
- Add 1/2 of Flour
- Beat well
- Add rest of flour to make soft dough and knead until smooth. (May only have to use 6 cups of flour.)
- Let rise until doubled in bowl
- Punch down
- Divide into four small loaves or two large ones
- Bake after they have doubled in size again.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes
