Eggs and veggies

Ingredients
1/8 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/8 cups onion, chopped
1 cup spinach
1/4 cups egg beaters
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp cilantro
Directions
  1. cook veggies till tender, set aside.

  2. cook eggs, put veggies over half, then fold it
