Round bread, very good.

Ingredients
1 litre wheat flour
1/2 litre rye flour
8 oz yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbls olive oil
1/2 litre water, luke warm
Directions
  1. Mix 6 dl wheat flour with the yeast,oil and water.

  2. Leave it to rise for 1 hour.

  3. Knock back the dough, add the rest of the wheat four, and the rye flour, and the salt. Knead dough untill it is a smooth and nice dough.

  4. Shape into two round loaves, and leave to rise for 30-45 minutes, or untill doubled in size.

  5. Cut the dough diagonally with a sharp knife, and bake for 30-35 minutes untill done.
