Round bread, very good.
| 1 | litre wheat flour |
| 1/2 | litre rye flour |
| 8 | oz yeast |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tbls olive oil |
| 1/2 | litre water, luke warm |
- Mix 6 dl wheat flour with the yeast,oil and water.
- Leave it to rise for 1 hour.
- Knock back the dough, add the rest of the wheat four, and the rye flour, and the salt. Knead dough untill it is a smooth and nice dough.
- Shape into two round loaves, and leave to rise for 30-45 minutes, or untill doubled in size.
- Cut the dough diagonally with a sharp knife, and bake for 30-35 minutes untill done.
