High-Calorie Pancakes No.2 Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Helps to gain weight (it can be a problem for some of us!).

Ingredients
75 g plain flour
75 g oatmeal
200 ml whole milk
1 egg
1 egg white
5 g dried skimmed milk
2 1/2 g butter
15 ml honey
Directions
  1. Mix well, the flour, oatmeal, milk(s), and eggs in a bowl.

  2. Fry as normal pancakes by using the butter.

  3. Serve with the honey (or maybe some soft,sweet fruit)
