| 4 | cups wheat flour |
| 260 | ml water |
| 2 | tbsp margarine for kneading |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | tbsp sugar |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 2 | tbsp oil for frying |
Mix all ingredients and knead until smooth. Seperate to 10 portion and knead individual portion with bit of margarine. Leave kneaded mixture for preferably overnight before cooking. knead and pull mixture to become flat. heat pan add a little oil and fry till crisp.Categories
