Lemony Tuna Salad Recipe

very tart -- great by itself, as a tuna melt with cheese, or in a half an avocado

Ingredients
6 1/2 oz. tuna in water
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
put tomato, onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in medium sized bowl. Mix together with fork. Add can of tuna, drained. Mix again and serve as you please
