| 1 | cup skim milk |

| 1 | tsp garlic, minced |

| 1/2 | onion |
- Cook chicken
- Cut veggies
- Mix egg whites, cheeses, milk, flour, and garlic.
- Add veggies and chicken
- Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
