Chicken and Veggie Quiche Recipe

Makes 8 servings


throw in your favorite meat and your favorite veggies. Make it your own!

Ingredients
6 egg whites
1/4 cup parmasan cheese
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 bell pepper
1 cup broccoli, chopped
12 ounces chicken
1/2 onion
Directions
  1. Cook chicken

  2. Cut veggies

  3. Mix egg whites, cheeses, milk, flour, and garlic.

  4. Add veggies and chicken

  5. Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
