Something I came up with one morning.
| 1 | c long grain white rice, cooked |
| 1/2 | tbsp low sodium soy sauce |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1 | tbsp chopped onion |
| 1/2 | tsp garlic |
| 1 1/2 | tsp olive oil |
| 1 | dash pepper |
- Put olive oil, garlic, and onion in a pan at medium to medium-high heat. Cook until onion is soft and slightly browned.
- Add rice, followed by egg whites and soy sauce, stirring constantly. Heat until it reaches desired dryness. Garnish with pepper.
