Fried Rice Recipe

Something I came up with one morning.

Ingredients
1 c long grain white rice, cooked
1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 egg whites
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 dash pepper
Directions
  1. Put olive oil, garlic, and onion in a pan at medium to medium-high heat. Cook until onion is soft and slightly browned.

  2. Add rice, followed by egg whites and soy sauce, stirring constantly. Heat until it reaches desired dryness. Garnish with pepper.
