Spicy Pork Pull Recipe

Spicy Tangy Pork slow cooked with onion and sauerkraut

Ingredients
32 oz sauerkraut
36 oz onion
1 lb pork ribs
2 T chili powder
1 c ketchup
0.34 c brown sugar
1 T cumin
0.12 t black pepper
Directions
  1. In slow cooker, put drained and rinsed sauerkraut and chopped onion

  2. Layer meat on top

  3. Sprinkle spices, ketchup, and brown sugar

  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours until meat is fork tender

  5. Pull apart meat into small pieces and mix with liquids

  6. Reduce liquids if necessary

  7. Serving is 1/2c for use on sandwich or on top of pasta/rice
