Spicy Tangy Pork slow cooked with onion and sauerkraut
| 32 | oz sauerkraut |
| 36 | oz onion |
| 1 | lb pork ribs |
| 2 | T chili powder |
| 1 | c ketchup |
| 0.34 | c brown sugar |
| 1 | T cumin |
| 0.12 | t black pepper |
- In slow cooker, put drained and rinsed sauerkraut and chopped onion
- Layer meat on top
- Sprinkle spices, ketchup, and brown sugar
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours until meat is fork tender
- Pull apart meat into small pieces and mix with liquids
- Reduce liquids if necessary
- Serving is 1/2c for use on sandwich or on top of pasta/rice
