Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 oz grated low fat cheddar cheese
2 oz grated low fat mozzarella
12 corn tortillas
20 oz enchilada sauce
Directions
Combine first six ingredients. Layer sauce, tortillas, 1/2 mixture, sauce, tortillas, 1/2 mixture, tortillas, sauce. Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 mins.
