This is a slight variation of a recipe on HungryGirl.com. I subbed egg whites for egg substitute, and fancy chopped chocolate for chocolate chips.
| 1/4 | cup oats |
| 2 | egg white |
| 2 | tbsp whole wheat flour |
| 2 | tbsp yogurt |
| 14.33 | grams semi sweet chocolate |
| 1/4 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/4 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1 | tsp splenda |
| 2 | tbsp whipped topping |
- Mix all ingredients except chocolate and whipped topping.
- add 2 tbsp water and stire.
- Add Chocolate chips.
- spray pan with non-stick butter flavored spray.
- pour half of batter into pan. Cook about 1.5 minutes, flip, and cook another 1.5 minutes.
- Repeat with second pancake.
- Serve with whipped topping.
