Hg Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe

Makes 1 serving

This is a slight variation of a recipe on HungryGirl.com. I subbed egg whites for egg substitute, and fancy chopped chocolate for chocolate chips.

Ingredients
1/4 cup oats
2 egg white
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tbsp yogurt
14.33 grams semi sweet chocolate
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp splenda
2 tbsp whipped topping
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate and whipped topping.

  2. add 2 tbsp water and stire.

  3. Add Chocolate chips.

  4. spray pan with non-stick butter flavored spray.

  5. pour half of batter into pan. Cook about 1.5 minutes, flip, and cook another 1.5 minutes.

  6. Repeat with second pancake.

  7. Serve with whipped topping.
