Tuna & Pasta Cheddar Melt Recipe

Ingredients
10 1/2 ounces chicken broth
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
3 cups uncooked rotini
6 ounces tuna in water
1 cup skim milk
2 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tsp butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. bring chicken broth to a boil in a large skillet

  2. add pasta and cook until just tender, don't drain

  3. add milk, mushroom soup, 1 cup of cheese, and drained tuna

  4. cook until heated through

  5. sprinkle second cup of cheese on top

  6. combine melted butter and bread crumbs, and sprinkle on top of cheese.
