| 10 1/2 | ounces chicken broth |
| 10 3/4 | ounces cream of mushroom soup |
| 3 | cups uncooked rotini |
| 6 | ounces tuna in water |
| 1 | cup skim milk |
| 2 | tbsp bread crumbs |
| 2 | tsp butter |
| 2 | cups shredded cheddar cheese |
- bring chicken broth to a boil in a large skillet
- add pasta and cook until just tender, don't drain
- add milk, mushroom soup, 1 cup of cheese, and drained tuna
- cook until heated through
- sprinkle second cup of cheese on top
- combine melted butter and bread crumbs, and sprinkle on top of cheese.
