Ingredients
18 grams pie shell 1 shell, 8-inch, unbaked
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 dash of salt
12 oz. evaporated milk
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. In the pie shell, place the brown sugar, flour, and salk. Mix with your fingers.

  2. Pour the evaporated milk over the flour and sugar, but do not stir or mix in.

  3. Dot with butter, and sprinkle cinnamon liberally over all.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the filling just bubbles up the middle. The filling will never completely set, but that's the way it's supposed to be.

  5. This pie is better eaten at room temperature. If you refrigerate leftovers, reheat them in the oven before serving.
