| 2 | oz pepper jack cheese |
| 1/8 | cups onion |
| 4 | oz artichoke hearts |
| 1/2 | cups frozen spinach |
| 2 | oz shrimp |
| 2 | tbsp fat free italian dressing |
| 1 | clove garlic |
- preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray flatout with pam and bake for 7 minutes.
- remove and layer all ingredients on top starting with cheese ending with the dressing.
- bake an additional 13-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
