| 2 | slices whole wheat bread |
| 3 | tablespoon miracle whip light |
| 1 | tablespoon mustard |
| 2 | slices tomato |
| 1/2 | oz cabbage |
| 1/2 | oz sharp cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 | oz sliced onions |
| 1/2 | oz sliced jalapeno pepper |
| 1 | oz ham |
- Toast two slices of whole wheat bread until they have just began to turn brown.
- Add Miracle Whip Light on both slices.
- Add mustard on both slices.
- Add some shredded cabbage (or lettuce).
- Add finely sliced sharp cheddar cheese.
- Add finely sliced onion rings.
- Add your slices of tomates.
- Add your slices of jalapeno pepper.
- Add your slices of ham (or shredded chicken).
- Serve with a glass of ice cold skimmed milk.
