Homemade Sandwich (Ham) Recipe

A quick sandwich for Breakfast or Supper. The ham can be substituted by shredded chicken. In this recipe, the items with the higher calorie content are the bread and the Miracle Whip spread.

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread
3 tablespoon miracle whip light
1 tablespoon mustard
2 slices tomato
1/2 oz cabbage
1/2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 oz sliced onions
1/2 oz sliced jalapeno pepper
1 oz ham
Directions
  1. Toast two slices of whole wheat bread until they have just began to turn brown.

  2. Add Miracle Whip Light on both slices.

  3. Add mustard on both slices.

  4. Add some shredded cabbage (or lettuce).

  5. Add finely sliced sharp cheddar cheese.

  6. Add finely sliced onion rings.

  7. Add your slices of tomates.

  8. Add your slices of jalapeno pepper.

  9. Add your slices of ham (or shredded chicken).

  10. Serve with a glass of ice cold skimmed milk.
